How to order?
All publications can be bought via our webshop. Go to the individual publication on the website for detailed information, and click the Buy icon that will lead you to the webshop. Here you will have to click on the buy icon to place the item in the shopping basket. From there you can choose to 'carry on shopping' or continue to 'make purchase'.
Payment
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Dankort and JCB. Your payment will not be deducted until the purchased items have been sent. A higher sum than the one you approved upon purchase will not be drawn. All prices include taxes. Members will receive a 33 % discount on all purchases.
Delivery
Subject to availability your order will be dispatched within seven days of receipt. Please allow a further seven days for delivery.
Postage costs
When you are in the shopping basket, you can choose the destination and the postage costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination. That allows you to see the total amount of your buyings before you have to fill in your address information. The shopping basket will update automatically whenever you make changes.
These costs only cover postage and do not include any contribution to IWGIA's handling costs.
Return policy
You may return any item that you are not fully satisfied with within 30 days for a refund or replacement at your expense. Please return items in the same condition as they were delivered to you. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any orders that result from misprints, changes in price, sold out items and technical errors etc in the webshop.
