IWGIA Newsletter - 2/2006

IWGIA's Newsletter covers news and updates from the indigenous world and IWGIA and is part of an initiative to become an information centre on indigenous issues.

New initiatives on IWGIA's website:

  Photo Archive: More than 1,000 pictures containing photos of indigenous peoples from most parts of the world are now available on the website.

  Country Profiles: The first country profile on Botswana is now on the website. The country profiles contain extensive information on indigenous peoples and issues affecting the indigenous peoples in selected countries.
