By contributing to IWGIA's Annual Collection - Landsindsamling 2007/2008

IWGIA's annual collection 2007/2008 starts on the International Human Rights Day (December 10, 2007). This year, we use the occasion of the annual collection to celebrate the fact that indigenous peoples, who suffer some of the worst forms of human rights abuses known, got their own new human rights instrument when the UN General Assembly in September adopted the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

In the coming year, we will continue our various activities supporting indigenous peoples in advocating for their rights to be recognized. We kindly ask for your contribution to this important work.
