The following websites provide regular updates and news on indigenous issues. Some of them are operated by indigenous peoples' organisations, some by third parties:
- The indigenous portal - This website contains news in four languages (English, Spanish, French and Russian, and is managed by a board representing a global coalition of indigenous peoples. It is an outcome of the World Summit on the Information Society (2003-2005)
The Indigenous Climate Portal - News and updates regarding indigenous peoples and climate change, REDD, the COP 15 in Copenhagen etc. - Inter Press Service (IPS) is a news agency focusing on human rights, ecology, gender issues, non-violence and development. It has a section on Indigenous Peoples
- The Russian Association of indigenous Peoples of the North (RAIPON) is now maintaining an English language section of their web site, containing news and updates from around the country
- RAIPON is also maintaining an English language news list, hosted at Google Groups. Subscription is free but has to be approved by the list owner
