Miscellaneous Information

Miscellaneous Information:

Pastoralist Development Network of Kenya (PDNK) was launched in 2003 to advocate for the rights and fundamental freedoms of pastoralists in Kenya.

The network comprises pastoralist individuals, NGOs and CBOs and non-pastoralist organisations and agencies supporting pastoralist development in Kenya. PDNK was established in order to provide a springboard through which pastoralists communities could consolidate their voice and spearhead articulation and advancement of their development, aspirations, priorities and social needs by constantly engaging the government and other actors on these issues.
